Transferring Data To Rapid Solutions via FTP
Using An Internet Browser For FTP

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol.  It is a way of transferring files from a computer to a server on the internet.  Another person, at their computer, can then transfer the files from the server to their computer.  In order to use FTP with your browser you need to type in the Rapid Solutions FTP address in the "address" box of your internet browser.  The following pictures show the FTP site address in the "address" box of a couple of different browsers:

The address bar text has three important sections to it.
These are highlighted in red, blue, and green below:

ftp://anonymous:anon@ftp.rapidsolutions.com

anonymous The username required for using the FTP site.
anon The password required for using the FTP site.
ftp.rapidsolutions.com  This is the internet location of the FTP site.

It is possible that the internet browser will prompt you for a password when you type in the FTP site address and press "enter."  If that is the case, then type in your email address.
Once you are logged into the FTP site, you Internet Browser will display the contents of the FTP site.  Different browsers will display the FTP site differently.  Here are some examples:

You can move files in to and out of the FTP site by dragging and dropping them to and from the different folders in the site.  The following picture shows this with Internet Explorer:
