CNC Aluminum Tooling involves cutting aluminum to the required dimensions of the tool you need.   This process is more expensive than Silicone Rubber Tooling and Composite Tooling, but a tool produced with it can produce thousands of parts.   CNC aluminum tools typically take four weeks to produce.
